1What these terms cover
RelayDock is an account-connection service operated by TECHERO LLC ("we"). These terms apply when you connect a Google Calendar, a WhatsApp Business account or an Instagram professional account through RelayDock. Your subscription, fees and the assistant features themselves are governed by your agreement with the product you use; if that agreement and these terms conflict on a commercial matter, that agreement prevails.
3What you allow us to do
By connecting an account you instruct us to access it, within the permissions you grant, to provide the scheduling and messaging features you enabled: reading availability and managing appointment events, and receiving and sending messages on the connected number or account. How we handle the data is described in the Privacy Policy .
4Your responsibilities
- Follow the rules of the services you connect, including the Google API Services User Data Policy, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and the Instagram and Meta Platform Terms.
- Message people only in ways they have agreed to, honour their requests to stop, and tell them where required that they may be talking to an automated assistant.
- Do not use the connection for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, to send spam, or to collect sensitive data such as payment card numbers or passwords.
- Keep a person available for the requests your assistant cannot handle.
5Third-party services
Google, Meta, WhatsApp and Instagram are independent services with their own terms and fees. Charges that Meta applies to WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta to the account owner. We are not responsible for changes, limits, suspensions or outages of those services.
6Disconnecting
You can disconnect at any time from the integrations settings of the product you use, or by revoking access in your Google or Meta account. See Data deletion . We may suspend a connection that endangers the service or other users, or that breaches these terms or the rules of the connected service.
7Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties. Replies are generated automatically and may contain errors; you are responsible for how your assistant is configured and for reviewing its work.
8Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for claims relating to RelayDock is limited to the amount you paid for the related service in the three months before the claim arose.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or data protection law in your country gives you other rights.
10Changes
We may update these terms. We post the new version here and change the date at the top. Continuing to use a connection after a change means you accept it.
